I have one room left for my Summer Solstice Retreat in June 2023.

A £100 deposit will secure your place at early bird prices.

If you are beginning your yoga journey, are returning to the mat or just want to freshen up your practice, you are invited to join me at the beautiful Mill Space

I am an experienced, qualified paramedic and yoga teacher and draw on both these skill sets to tailor the poses to each student’s needs. We will be a small group, so if you are working with a limitation or injury I can cater for you. The right yoga for your body’s story can help you do more and feel more at ease.

Included in the price for this six night retreat is:

· Shared accommodation

· Three meals per day plus snacks and beverages throughout your stay

· Morning yoga sessions

· Option wild swim

· Evening restorative/meditation sessions

· Use of pool and facilities at Mill Space during daily free time

· Issue of personal yoga equipment for use throughout your retreat

· Cacao ceremony with ecstatic dance to celebrate the solstice

The Mill is based in the UNESCO registered nature reserve of Cabo de Gato and has an abundance of natural beauty for you to enjoy. There are some beautiful coastal towns and beaches a short drive away as well as caves, a botanical gardens and an abandoned gold mine.

All sessions are optional but are included in the cost and designed to help you get the most from our week together.

The retreat will run from Friday 16th June until Thursday 22nd. You are welcome to arrive any time on Friday and leave at any point Thursday. You will be welcomed and fed for the entirety of your stay.

Single occupancy can be arranged at a supplement. There is also a studio which sleeps 3 people and has a kitchenette and private outdoor space which is available at a higher cost, please contact me for further details and prices.

Transfers from Almeria airport, less than an hour away, can be arranged at extra cost. We will try to group you with other travellers to keep the cost down.
