It's been quite a year! I have been away and have sharpened up my teaching tools and been blessed with so much in person experience. I am full of gratitude.

I’ll be running a healing yoga retreat near Almeria in Spain over Summer Solstice 2023 and have started taking bookings with a deposit and a payment plan available. All the details are on my website, so please take a look and do something special for yourself in 2023😊

Saturday morning classes on Zoom are back, as is the monthly restorative. There’s a free class code available so please message me if you’d like to join, what have you got to lose?

I will be teaching at some in person workshops over the winter, in collaboration with some fantastic teachers and I can be found regularly at the incredible MacMillan Horizon Centre in Brighton.
